its a pretty easy job.
walkinshaw is correct without the ford tool its a beatch. however take 1 bit of flat steel, cut a hook out of one corner so it locks onto the nut heads and shaft and turn spanner the opposite direction. itll be tight!! but itll come with a tad of effort. once loose take the shroud off and fan off. slide fans into grooves at base of radiator put 2 bolts into each top corner. 1 should line up the other use a washer and new nut from memory and your done. ohh and of course wire it up after installing. good luck and have fun yeah 3hrs should do the job...maybe longer to neaten wiring brad

Do we have a detailed how-to for the thermo fan conversion?
If not a sticky should be made with lots of info and pics of how to wire it all up. Reason for this is that theres a lot of people wanting to do this mod and it'd be handy to have all the info in 1 sticky thread.

Great price, good pickup! Mate of mine just picked up a set off ebay for $10 or so, couldn't believe it!
